How to get a website uploaded?
Below there is an article on making a website, but that's not it, you will have to make it accessible for other people and for this you will need some webspace. You can either register with a paid host or a free host, for a free host try http://www.awardspace.com or http://www.tripod.com those are very good.
After you get registered, search for a file manager when you login. Now all you have to do is select the files and click on upload and after some time the website gets uploaded and is ready for the public to come and see.
